Dr. LeJon April Payne
Minister Dr. LéJon April, is an International Educator with over 17 years of experience teaching in the United States, Kenya, and the United Arab Emirates. Minister Payne is very passionate about educating youth through the arts and creative writing. Her accomplishments include working as an International Innovation Leader, Playwright, Performing Arts Director and International Service Organizer. She is the co-founder of The Art of Confidence Foundation, which is an organization designed to provide youth with performing arts and enrichment opportunities globally.
Min. Payne has a passion to spread the word of God and empower members of international communities through her ministry, books, and various coaching platforms. She is a prayer warrior who knows and has witnessed the power of prayer. Her goal is to stand in the gap and pray with others who are facing challenges that seem impossible, but are still believing God for miracles in their lives. She believes and has personally experienced that consistent prayer and fervent declarations produce results. For this reason, she seeks to motivate and encourage others to connect with God in a similar way to unlock the abundant blessings God has for them.

Floyd Payne IV
Coach Payne, is an International Educator with over 30 years of experience in photography and sports training. As a young man he had the opportunity to play basketball in the United States, Mexico, China, and Singapore. As a former basketball player, Floyd has spent his entire career training athletes for success and motivating youth to be triumphant on and off the court. He spends his time traveling the world helping youth to develop essential skills such as: decision making, effective communication, and team building. Floyd is very passionate about cultivating physical and interpersonal skills in youth that will help them become successful athletes. Floyd’s continued passion and purpose is to motivate and inspire children to give their best, work hard on and off the court, and to always persevere through difficult circumstances.
